Membership For the past 48 years, thousands of young people have benefited from membership in the Leo Club Program. Some of these benefits are tangible; others are intangible. Making new friends and viewing the world through another's perspective are two of the benefits of Leo service. As community volunteers, Leos often develop confidence and organization skills through this hands-on experience. Leo Club participation counts towards High School Community Service obligations. Every new Leo receives a Leo New Member Kit. This kit includes a lapel button, a membership card, and a membership certificate Membership Dues are voted on by the club in July. Bartlett Leos Club is a youth group that's affiliated with the Bartlett Lions Club and is for children and teens ages 12 -18. Leo Members support Lion Clubs goals and functions and in addition, create and fund their own charitable events.
